Delivery & Returns Information

Delivery Prices:

We deliver to the United Kingdom and also Internationally, so our delivery costs are staggered by weight, meaning that the heavier your parcel the more it'll cost you to be delivered by us.

Our basic cost for delivery to the UK is £1.80, and this covers anything up to 100 grams in weight. only pay a maximum of £5.95 delivery for upto parcels of 20kg in weight (UK Mainland only) For European orders the basic price is £3.20, and for international orders it is £4.50. Everything heavier than that will see the total delivery cost increase.

You can check the contents of your cart at any time to see how much your order will cost to be delivered.


Delivery Service:

If orders are dispatched via Royal Mail's First Class post, If parcels are returned to us by the post office, or our courier due to them not being collected or sent to wrong address, we may charge for redelivery. If a parcel is returned to us by the post office because they are unable to deliver, then a handling & reshipping fee will apply. Please note the parcels sent need to have to someone at that address because the items will need to be signed for to accept delivery.

Parcels that weight over 1kg or over will be dispatched by DHL for this service ( UK Mainland Customers you'll only pay £5 per 20kg) 

If our courier service is used, areas other than England and some parts of Scotland, a higher fee may be applied. This fee is imposed on us by a carrier.


Lost Parcels:

If you feel a box has been lost in transit, please call ModelPower.co.uk with the order or invoice number and a list of the missing items. A trace will be initiated at that time. A claim number will be issued if the carrier does not show delivery within 10 days of the scheduled delivery date. A credit will be issued for the missing merchandise when we obtain the claim number from the carrier.

Delivery Schedule:

We would normally dispatch your order within 48 hours* & confirm by email, you should recieve your order in 5 business days** . International orders are generally received in under 14 days. ***

** Please be aware this time may increase if were attending various exhibitions around the uk, this could add up to 7-10 days extra. If theres a long delay we shall of course contact you via email or telephone.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Returns Policy:

Any returned products ordered in error or are not required will if returned be subject to a full refund less shipping charges and we reserve the right to be able to charge a reasonable restocking fee. How ever if the product has been taken out of its original packaging please contact us.

If the product has been supplied correct to your order, We (ModelPower.co.uk) reserve the right to apply a restocking fee.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any goods purchased from our site including faulty goods we will refund your money in full excluding any postage and packing costs. You the consumer can cancel your order from the date of the contract and up to 7 working days starting from the day after the goods are received.
We promise to refund your money within 30 days of cancellation.

All shipping and handling costs to return, non-defective goods are to be paid by the customer.
